Scully Processor X

Privacy Policy

Scully Processor X is a macOS writing and note-taking app by Wolfie Media. It is designed to work without a Wolfie Media account, advertising, tracking, or analytics.

Information Stored by the App

Scully Processor X stores the content you create in the app, including folders, notes, tags, classifications, priorities, timestamps, note status, and any images or files you choose to attach.

The app may also store local preferences such as display settings and agent name.

Your notebook is saved on your Mac as a portable JSON notebook file. When iCloud Drive is available and enabled for the app, macOS may store and sync the notebook in your personal iCloud Drive. Wolfie Media does not operate iCloud and does not have access to your iCloud account or notebook.

Data Collected by Wolfie Media

The current version of Scully Processor X does not send your notes, attachments, usage activity, analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, or tracking data to Wolfie Media or to a Wolfie Media server.

We do not sell personal data and we do not track users across apps or websites.

Support Requests

If you contact support@wolfiemedia.com, we will receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.

We use support messages only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, and keep reasonable business records.

Third Parties

The app uses Apple platform services such as macOS, the App Store, and, if enabled, iCloud Drive. Apple’s handling of Apple ID, iCloud, App Store, payment, crash report, and device data is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

Scully Processor X does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Deletion and Retention

You control your notebook data. You can delete notes in the app, empty trash in the app, remove exported files, uninstall the app, or delete the app’s local or iCloud notebook files from your Mac or iCloud Drive.

Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain business records, unless a longer period is required by law.

Children

Scully Processor X is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this policy was last revised.
