About Scully Processor X
Scully Processor X is a retro-styled macOS writing workspace for private notes, research logs, project dossiers, field reports, and supporting attachments.
System Requirements
Scully Processor X requires macOS 14 or later.
Notebook Storage
Notes are saved automatically as a portable notebook file. When iCloud Drive is available and enabled, the app can store and sync the notebook through your personal iCloud Drive.
If iCloud is not available, the app uses local Application Support storage on your Mac.
iCloud Sync Help
If notes are not syncing, check that you are signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Scully Processor X has permission to use iCloud Drive.
Exporting Notes
You can export the selected note as a plain text file from within the app.
Attachments
Images and files can be attached to notes using the app’s attach controls. Very large files may be skipped.
Contacting Support
When contacting support, please include:
- Your macOS version
- Your Scully Processor X app version
- A short description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if possible
- Screenshots, if they help explain the issue
Please do not send private notebook contents unless you are comfortable sharing them with Wolfie Media support.
